Once you order up your sandwich, a toppings bar is the next stop where customers can dress up their pita with olives, coleslaw, broccoli, carrots and other healthy things. Don't forget the dressing at the very end of the bar. To maximize space for toppings inside the pita, remove the falafel and put it outside of the pita until it's brimming and then stuff them back in.
