Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade isn't the only parade in the US, although it is probably the most famous! All across the US cities celebrate Thanksgiving in their own way!
Macy's is actually the end of the parade route, it starts on on Central Park West! There are plenty of place all along the route to get a view of those giant balloons and floats! Or if you want to just see the balloons, they are blown up the night before in Central Park - its a pretty neat sight!
The Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade begins at 8:30 a.m and ends at approximately 12 noon. Starting at 20th Street and Market and continues down the Benjamin Franklin Parkway before finishing in front of the Art Museum.
The 75th Annual McDonald's Thanksgiving Day Parade will begin at 8am on Thursday, November 27th. The parade route starts at State Street and travels from Congress Parkway to Randolph.
America’s Thanksgiving Parade will celebrate it's 82nd year in 2008! With a theme of Legends and Lollipops, come on out for this great American tradition!
